You asked for my opinion and I gave it. Of course not everyone has my experience. Many people do, though. You can matriculate and see for yourself. :)

Unfortunately, no. I would honestly suggest that you not come here. It has its really wonderful elements and there are obviously people who care very much about this community and their peers, but far more than that this place has an overwhelming culture of conformity and the kind of people who do the kind of things that I highlight in this blog are social outcasts, miserable, and sometimes both. I wish it were otherwise, but I want to be honest with you. There are terrific opportunities that come along with Dartmouth but there are also terrific costs.
